The Association was formed in 1959 to work towards:

• A better future for the next generation.

• The protection of dunes, wetlands, Taylor’s Lake, Tallow Creek and our fragile environment.

• Sustaining a partnership with Council towards community consultation and participation in all decisions affecting our area.

• Providing a forum for local issues.

• Building a network with other Associations and community groups.
